Our growing Claims Department is looking for
Reporting to the Team Leader, Claims Department, you will be responsible for reviewing, examining, calculating and making decisions on a variety of claims in accordance with applicable policy and service standards. In addition, you will respond and resolve claims customer service and provider inquiries within a targeted timeframe while maintaining confidentiality and strict adherence to business ethics.

What skills and experience we require:
One-year post-secondary or equivalent experience.
6-12 months experience in a similar related function or previous experience with group health/dental claim adjudication is an asset.
Additional training or education is helpful, as well as fluency in another language.
